Thank you so much for posting this video!! My husband wanted our family of four to hike to the falls 2 years ago when we were there, but all the videos he showed me scared me to death! I know the videos he made me watch were of the more treacherous part of the hike, but it still made me nervous to think that the first 4 miles could be as dangerous in some parts anyway. Watching your video has made me feel more at ease, and I now feel confident that we can make this hike in 3 weeks when we return to the island. Thanks again!!
Thanks for the informative video. We plan on doing the same hike next month. The only part that has me worried was the rock climbing segment. How steep and long was the rock climbing part that you did at the 7 minute mark of your video?
There is no rock climbing involved in the trail. Around mile 7, there is a part where the edge gets very steep, but the trail itself is still relatively flat.
